Our History
ACE MARKING DEVICES CORP. was founded in 1940. The current owners, Walt & Trudy Zajkowski, purchased the company in 1970. Since 1970 the company has continued to grow, it has gone from a small rubber stamp shop to a very diversified marking device business.

High Tech Equipment
We have installed the latest in technological equipment to take us into the 21st century. Our goal is to provide the newest products available. We also have the product knowledge necessary to provide you with marking products for just about any situation. We take pride in being known as the "Marking Specialists" and also "Problem Solvers". We have the know how to help solve your marking problems.

Customer Service
You may place an order for one item or thousands. We give the same care to each & every order that we receive, size of an order does not matter.

Family Owned and Operated
Over the last 30 years, we have become a family business. We are proud that our children (David & Lisa) wanted to work with us, especially since they practically grew up here. (We tease them, telling them they were born to be stampers!)

Requests are processed as received and can take from 24 to 48 hours for a reply.

Privacy Policy
All information sent to us is held in strictest confidence and is not sold or given to any third parties. 

Method of Payment
Acceptable methods of payment are Credit Card, Check, Paypal or Electronic/Wire Transfer.
Funds must be in U.S. Dollars/Currency and drawn on a US Financial Institution.


Shipping Procedure
Most merchandise with destinations within the continental US
will be shipped via UPS or U.S.P.S. Priority Mail. 
Because of charge backs from the carriers, we no longer ship
using anyone's carrier account information.

When UPS picks up your order, from our shipping department,
they will then be responsible to deliver it to you based on the level of service that you have selected.
UPS Services: Not all UPS levels of service is available to every address.

Should anything happen/occur to cause any type of delay or even a no delivery,
we are under contract with UPS to allow the 8 to 10 business days it takes for them to start and complete their investigation.
We cannot take any action until the investigation has been completed.

Return Policy / Restocking Fee
Merchandise may be returned within 10 days after receipt & will require a written return authorization number (RA #).
All merchandise must be in 'new' condition and be able to be sold as 'new'. 

A return authorization number (RA #) will be issued & this number must be written on front of package

When we receive the shipment, each item will be inspected and if we can re-sell the merchandise as 'new' a credit will be issued, minus the restocking fee(s).  

Restocking fees:  $ 5.00 minimum per item  or 25% per item, whichever is greater.

If merchandise cannot be returned to stock and sold as new, a credit will not be issued.  
Shipments received without a return authorization number on the front of the box will not be accepted. 
Custom made/assembled items are not returnable, unless we made an error on your order and need to correct this. 
 
Shipping charges on returns must be prepaid. All collect freight will be refused.
Shipping charges are non-refundable in either direction.


Exceptions, items that cannot be returned:
Any/all inks ordered are not returnable. 
Any/all items ordered with metal turning wheels are not returnable.
Any/all items ordered that are custom made, special assembly or customized.


We Ship to Continental (Contiguous) USA, APO & FPO only.
We do not ship any International orders.

No order is to small.
